The Test flow settings page configures how a single test flow runs. Open it from the test flow detail page; settings are grouped into five tabs.
Steps
- Edit the flow name and product URL (starting page for the test).
- Manage the ordered test steps — add, edit, remove, and drag to reorder.
- Set the cart URL the agent uses when navigating to the basket.
- Configure element selectors (e.g. add-to-cart buttons, variations, cookie banners) to help the agent find the right elements.
- Click Save to apply step and selector changes.
Schedule
- Choose a cadence: None, Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
- For Hourly, set the interval (every 1, 2, 4, 8, or 12 hours) and a start time.
- For Daily, Weekly, and Monthly, set the time of day and timezone.
- For Weekly, select one or more weekdays.
- For Monthly, select one or more days of the month (1–31).
- A summary preview shows the effective schedule before you save.
- Click Save schedule to apply.
Notifications
- Toggle email alerts on or off for this flow.
- Optionally set an override recipient email; if empty, alerts go to your account email.
- Send a test notification email to verify delivery (requires email to be configured on the account).
- When the WordPress plugin integration is enabled, configure shop email routing (default, block, or reroute shop-generated emails during tests).
- Click Save to apply notification settings.
Auth
- Add custom cookies (name/value pairs) so the test browser can access logged-in or restricted areas.
- Store credentials for protected flows: choose type login, API key, or basic auth, then enter username and password (and optional description).
- Credentials are stored securely and used only during test runs.
- Save cookies and credentials separately with their own save buttons.
Advanced
- Choose the device: desktop or mobile viewport.
- Set the maximum number of steps the agent may take per run (1–100).
- Toggle retry on failure to automatically rerun once when a run fails.
- In the danger zone: pause or activate the flow, or delete the test flow permanently.
- Click Save to apply device, step limit, and retry settings.
Plan availability
- Hourly schedule cadence — Pro and Agency plans only.
Tips
- Use Auth when checkout or forms sit behind login, staging gates, or HTTP basic auth.
- Set None cadence for manual-only testing; switch to Daily or Weekly for regular monitoring.
- Send a test notification after changing the recipient email to confirm alerts reach the right inbox.
